2 tablespoons of Country Doctor Herbals SuperFood in the morning – 2 tablespoons of Country Doctor Herbals SuperFood in the evening

Drink purified water daily – 1/2 ounce per pound of body weight in the winter; 1 ounce per pound of body weight in the summer

Eat 16 ounces of roasted green vegetables, with 3 tablespoons coconut butter daily

Substitute 2 small avocados for coconut oil – coconut butter and avocados are the best fats available for metabolism for stored fats.
