Phase One:

If you are starting any type of nutritional program, the digestive tract must be clean in order for the body to metabolize the foods nutrients correctly. Plus, the need for weekly consultations via subscription of $45.00 per month.

Monthly Subscription for Weekly Online Consultations.

Natural Supplements Required:

  • Country Doctor Herbals CDH ICF #1: cleansing

Phase One of the DiaitaFusion Nutritional Program begins with you taking CDH ICF #1 capsules with your evening meal. After an average period of 5 to 7 days, you will transition to taking CDH ICF #2 until the bottle is completely used up; this process will take approximately four to six weeks to complete (everyone has their rate of progress). Upon completion, you will move on to Phase Two of the program. By following these instructions, you will effectively cleanse and initiate an internal repair process of your digestive tract.

  • Country Doctor SuperFood – 2 tablespoons SuperFood in 8 oz. 100% fruit juice and add ice or frozen fruit to thicken. Drink morning and evening.

  • 2 dropperfuls of Slender Tincture 3 times daily or 2 Slender capsules 3 times daily. 

  • Drink purified water daily – water plays an important role in all body functions, including metabolism and other cell functions, digestion, delivery of nutrients, removal of waste, temperature regulation, and lubrication and cushioning joints and tissues.

1/2 ounce per pound of body weight in the winter

1 ounce per pound of body weight in the summer

  • Eat 16 ounces of roasted green vegetables with 3 tablespoons coconut butter daily.

  • Eat potassium-rich vegetables and fruits to help reduce the harmful effects of sodium.

  • 16 ounces of raw, non-starchy vegetables daily – make sure the mixed vegetables are colorful.

  • 16 ounces of cooked green vegetables daily.

  • Consume 3 tablespoons of coconut butter or 2 small avocados daily – coconut butter and avocados are the best fats available for the metabolism of stored fats.

  • Do not eat between meals or after 7 PM. Most processed foods and snacks are consumed after dinner! Hunger after 7PM indicates not enough nutritional food was not eaten at dinner time.
