Phase One of the DiaitaFusion Nutritional Program begins with you taking CDH ICF #1 capsules with your evening meal. Country Doctor SuperFood – 2 tablespoons SuperFood in 8 oz. 100% fruit juice and add ice or frozen fruit to thicken. Drink morning and evening.

2 dropperfuls of HP Slender Tincture 3 times daily or 2 Slender capsules 3 times daily.

Drink purified water daily – water plays an important role in all body functions, including metabolism and other cell functions, digestion, delivery of nutrients, removal of waste, temperature regulation, and lubrication and cushioning joints and tissues.

Consume 3 tablespoons of coconut butter or 2 small avocados daily – coconut butter and avocados are the best fats available for the metabolism of stored fats.

Do not eat between meals or after 7 PM. Most processed foods and snacks are consumed after dinner! Hunger after 7PM indicates not enough nutritional food was not eaten at dinner time.
