ICF#1 is food for the colon and the entire digestive tract. Used over time it will strengthen, cleanse, heal, and rebuild the peristaltic action of the colon. It stimulates peristaltic action (the muscular movement of the colon), strengthens the muscles of the large intestine, halts putrefaction, disinfects, sooths, and helps to repair the mucous membrane lining of the entire digestive tract. This product improves digestion, relieves gas and cramps, and increases the flow of bile which helps to cleanse the gallbladder, bile ducts, and liver. Herbal Perfect ICF#1 promotes a healthy intestinal flow, helps to eliminate and expel intestinal parasites, increases gastro-intestinal circulation, is anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal.
You Must Take This Product With Food.
One capsule daily with the last meal of the day. An increase in bowel action, consistency, and the amount of fecal matter eliminated should be evident the next morning. If there is not a notable difference increase by 2 capsules with the last meal of the second day. Dosage may be increased each evening by one capsule until a dramatic difference in bowel function is noted. There is no limit to the number of capsules that can be taken, but increase by only one capsule only on a daily basis at the evening meal.

Herbal Perfect ICF#2 (Powder) is a strong intestinal cleanser and has a vacuum-like effect on the intestinal colon walls. It draws accumulated fecal matter and built-up mucous lining off of the walls of the colon and out of any bowel pockets. It will cleanse the small intestinal tract and enliven the villi for nutrient absorption; as well as aid in the removal of accumulated poisons, toxins, parasites, and heavy metals. This formula will aid in the removal of any drug residue that may be lingering around in the digestive tract. Its mucilaginous properties will help to soften hardened or encased fecal matter for easy removal.
For a period of 5 to 6 days occurring one hour after your morning Superfood drink mix 1 teaspoon of Herbal Perfect ICF#2 powder with 4 ounces of water (or the beverage of your choice) then shake mix vigorously and drink. Follow by drinking an 8-to-10-ounce glass of water. Repeat 1/2 hour before lunch and once again between lunch and dinner as well as 1/2 hour before dinner. In addition, repeat 1/2 hour before bedtime this then completes you consuming a total of 5 teaspoons of ICF#2 each day. Take ICF#2 - 5 times daily until the complete 8-ounce container has been used up.
