Vegatable display.jpg

6 Vegetables Daily

  • 50% of vegetable intake should be eaten raw

  • Mix vegetables of different colors .... more color .... more nutrition

  • Mix vegetable types (Sorry 6 carrots in one day do not qualify)

  • 2 Veggie salads each day .... Perfect!

Never use "canned" vegetables. They're superheated during processing and heat destroyed the enzymes; enzymes in vegetables help the body break down foods for proper nutrition.
Do not use iceberg lettuce, there is zero nutritional content except for the outside leaves; iceberg lettuce contains an ingredient similar to "opiate" which is capable of shutting down the colon.

6-2-1-1 Nutritional Program

2 Fruits Daily

  • Your best bet is Fresh....Pure....Whole....Natural

  • Eat your fruit at least 1 hour before or after any other food

If fresh fruit is unavailable? Use dehydrated or even frozen fruit. For dehydrated fruit cover place fruit in a bowl and cover and add distilled water to cover 1" past the top of the fruit, cover with a lid, and let it sit overnight. The fruit will absorb the water, plump up, and become soft. This can also be heated at a very low temperature for about 20 minutes to have stewed fruit.
