Initial Evaluation

Service Description

This evaluation session is usually held after we have had our free session that has us to talk openly about your particular concerns and have had the opportunity to determine how the New Wave Therapy program will fit into your lifestyle. This will be the first session that allows us to put you on a path to a healthier lifestyle and one that is more fulfilling. This session can be done in person or online through a Zoom meeting. There is some additional information that I do need and I need you to fill out the necessary form.
