Building, expanding, and healing a family takes time, work, and support. Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, postpartum, parenting, or blending families, I work with individuals, couples, and families to access the tools they need to move through these transitions with compassion and clarity. Sometimes that means looking at the patterns that keep you stuck, and sometimes it means tending to the needs of your younger self in order to better understand what you need today.

My approach is direct, relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. Together, we may focus on strengthening romantic relationships, exploring mother–daughter dynamics, preparing for parenthood, or navigating postpartum challenges, including feeding, body awareness, and self-care practices. I bring a mindful, holistic lens to this work, always centering the emotional experience of each family member.

Ultimately, my goal is to help you step out of your head and back into your body, so you can experience your life with greater presence, grace, and joy. The life you deserve is within reach; let’s explore it with curiosity, compassion, and intention.
