I see therapy as an invitation to look at yourself and the world with curiosity. Together, we’ll create space to sit alongside your emotions as they surface, while listening to the wisdom of your body in real time. Through this process, stories are unearthed and the work of self-discovery, healing, and transformation can begin.
My focus is on the mind–body connection, somatic experiencing, and the integration of music and movement in therapy. As a neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist, I’m committed to creating a safe, inclusive environment where all identities and orientations are honored.
As a non-binary, trans-masc therapist of Lebanese descent, I bring both my lived experience and my background as a professional musician into the room. Music has shaped my understanding of creative expression as a powerful tool for healing and self-discovery, and I help clients explore practices of introspection that offer insight and comfort. I find inspiration in nature, my morning coffee ritual, and long walks that provide space for reflection and gratitude.
