I’m a creative thinker, lover of nature, and someone who believes deeply in the power of collective healing. My work is rooted in liberation psychology, which emphasizes dismantling systemic oppression and understanding how cultural and societal forces shape our inner lives. I believe humans are natural storytellers who intuitively know what they need to thrive. Curiosity and empathy guide my approach, and my goal is to create a space where you feel honored, supported, and empowered to be the author of your own story.

I offer sessions in English and Spanish, and have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and communities. I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those navigating anxiety, trauma (including relationship and immigration-related trauma), chronic illness, and relational challenges.

My academic background includes training in psychology, consumer psychology, and marriage and family therapy, with a focus on Latinx communities. Outside of my clinical work, I find joy in reading, cooking, gardening, yoga, and pilates—practices that help me stay grounded and present.

I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My hope is to make that process a little easier by offering a space that is affirming, curious, and collaborative.
