I specialize in working with children, teens, and young adults, creating spaces where they feel seen, supported, and safe to be themselves. My approach is compassionate, creative, and collaborative. I often integrate art, play, animals, and other expressive practices to help clients discover resilience and new ways of engaging with the world.
I believe therapy is most powerful when it connects to daily life. That can mean sitting together in the therapy room, but it can also look like walking alongside a client in the community, practicing new skills in real time, or sharing meaningful experiences—like visiting animals or navigating everyday challenges together. For me, therapy isn’t just about talking; it’s about building confidence, capacity, and connection that clients can carry into their lives outside of session.
I work especially well with neurodivergent, highly sensitive, and creatively minded people of all ages who feel deeply, sometimes struggle in relationships, and long for authentic connection. My goal is always to meet clients where they are and walk with them toward what they need.
