I bring 10 years of training and experience to my work as a therapist, drawing from play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems, psychodynamic therapy, inner child work, astrology, postmodern psychology, and the multiracial experience. This wide foundation allows me to adapt my approach to what each client needs, making therapy both flexible and deeply personal.

I show up as myself in the therapy room—honest, compassionate, and fully present. Clients can expect me to listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and walk alongside them as they make sense of their stories and experiences. My goal is to create a space where people feel safe to explore both the struggles they carry and the possibilities for change.

I believe therapy works best when it feels real, and I’m honored to witness the growth that happens when clients allow themselves to be fully seen.
